Why don't you try the lacquer ware workshop?
There are three types of experience: painting, depositing, and wiping lacquer. (Experience is possible with 2 or more people)
Reservations are required (please make a reservation a few days in advance. Reservations on the day are not accepted.)

Painting experience
Paint the material with a paintbrush. You can draw freely or choose a pattern from the picture patterns. There is no risk of lacquer rash. I will finish it as a golden picture like a lacquer work.
The experience fee includes the price for one material.
You can make a reservation from 2 people.

You can take it home on the day of the experience

If you prepare the design in advance according to the dimensions of the experience material, you can make an original one.
Even if you are not good at drawing, we have about 6 types of paintings so you can feel free to use them.

Draw a pattern on the material with a sword and fix the gold powder in the place carved with lacquer.
The experience fee includes the price for one material.

Since lacquer is used, there is a risk of lacquer rash.
* Since the work of applying lacquer is done by a craftsman, you do not touch the lacquer directly.

Wiping lacquer experience
Wipe the wood material with raw lacquer.
You can enjoy it from one wiping lacquer to two or three times. The second and third times, after the lacquer has dried, you can return to the museum and work. (It takes about one week to dry.) If you cannot return to the museum, we will finish it and send it to you. (Shipping fee is paid by the customer. )
The experience fee includes the price for one material.

On the day of the experience, we will prepare rubber gloves, apron, hand shavings, etc., but there is a possibility of a rash.
I can't take it home on the day of the experience
